There are many managerial tools available, some good, some not so good. So, why should you use Team Leadership Services?

The 360 Assessment instruments used by TLS have been designed and developed by experienced management consultant Dr Paul Robinson. Those used predominantly in the private sector have been developed to complement the work of Drs Dick McCann and Charles Margerison (authors of the internationally respected Team Management Index).

TLS tools draw on many years experience working with hundreds of managers. The tools take full advantage of the latest internet and security technology, and are practical and well researched.

In the Australian Public Service the Senior Leadership Profile (SLP), the Executive Leadership Profile (ELP) and the Team Leadership Profiles (TLP) are based on approved competency frameworks.

TLS also tailors 360º leadership profiles for particular organisations based on internally derived competency frameworks.
