Distance Accreditation process. There are three modules per instrument
and the modules ensure that practitioners have an in-depth knowledge and
understanding of each instrument, their theoretical basis, ethical boundaries
and practical application.

The Leadership Behaviours Profile
(LBP)
This powerful 360° feedback instrument measures eight factors of
effective leadership. Your clients will be able to spotlight their leadership
strengths and weaknesses, plus be able to receive development advice.
The Star Performing Teams Profile
(SPT)
This 360° feedback instrument measures ten factors of team performance
from an internal team and external interface perspective. A team can develop
clear action plans for development from the output.
