TLS has developed and utilised 360° measurement and appraisal instruments for a number of years. A 360° report profile on a leader, team member or team is constructed from a multi-rater questionnaire and seeks to assess a behaviour or competency from multiple viewpoints. For example, the Leadership Behaviours Profile assesses an individual's leadership behaviour taking into account the individual's, the supervisor's and team member's feedback.
Both behavioural frequency and competency instrumentation are available as well as a 'tailoring' service, which allows clients to have the flexibility to use specialised in-house measurement tools. These instruments and tools are available for use via an accreditation
process, which allows internal company representatives or private consultants
