A strategic approach to improving team wellbeing.
Most employers want to improve team wellbeing but struggle to understand what their people need or how
to address challenges effectively.
The Good Day At Work Team Wellbeing Report offers a strategic, needs-led approach proven to drive real results in areas such as:
Mental Health |
Managers are perceived to have a bigger impact on employees’ mental health than doctors or therapists.
Managers are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to have better wellbeing conversations with their team
– and then these conversations are had.
|
Team Productivity and Engagement |
70% of the variance in team engagement can be attributed to the manager.
The Team Report can help re-energise team dynamics,
particularly in teams that may be struggling compared to others in the same business unit.
|
Reduce Intention to Leave |
Employees with a very poor relationship with their line manager thought it more likely that they would quit their job
in the coming year, compared to those with a very good relationship with their line manager.
|
Mental health, stress, absenteeism, productivity, and intention to leave are just some of
the wellbeing measures covered by the Team Wellbeing Report
