Paul Robinson
CEO, Team Leadership Services (TLS)
Paul has degrees in Social Psychology, Management Science and his Phd topic examined the role and challenges of the corporate Chief Executive Officer. He was a lecturer at Auckland University for nine years where he taught Leadership, Strategy and Teamwork on the MBA programme and in various other forums.
Having assisted senior managers for many years with their leadership, strategic planning, change management and team development, Paul now specialises in developing multi-rater feedback tools for large public and private sector organisations both in Australia and NZ. Notably, four leadership 360 tools for the Australian Public Service have met with considerable success in recent years.

Peter Robinson
Senior Consultant
As Director of Direct to Client Operations he has responsibility internationally for the delivery of strategic planning as well as team and individual development programmes. He also facilitates workshops on leadership training, and 360° feedback processes.
Before joining TLS, Peter was involved in the implementation of a number of change processes within a public sector organisation in the UK. In particular this involved organisational restructuring, introduction of quality programmes and the co-ordination of human resource strategies.
He has completed a Masters Degree in Management Change, is Master accredited in the Team Management System and is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited.

Director
Jean is a qualified accountant with overall responsibility for administration, process and finance.

Paul Morgan
Business Administration Manager
Paul has a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has worked in a variety of fields from electrical safety testing through software development and most recently, before joining TLS, in marketing systems.
Paul’s area of expertise involves client service, IT infrastructure management and software development.
Paul’s role is primarily two-fold: He is responsible for the day-to-day administration and client support for the TLS accredited consultants; and he heads up web based technology application development which is utilised in the completion, production and delivery of our products.

Pushpitha Atapattu
Application Programmer
Before joining TLS Pushpitha was a student at the University of Auckland, where he completed his BSc and worked as Computer Support for the Business School.
His area of expertise is networking and computer programming.
Pushpitha develops software applications, and provides network troubleshooting and administrative support across all areas of the business.

Loreen Lee
International 360° Co-ordinator
Loreen started working for TLS in the mid 90’s (and is proud to be the longest standing employee). Before joining TLS she worked for a Chartered Accountants firm and an International Fertilizer company in accounting / computer operator roles.
Her area of expertise is co-ordinating and managing the processing of all International 360° Products.
In addition to the above, Loreen assists with financial accounting.

Maureen Stanger
Office Assistant
Maureen joined TLS in a part-time role after taking 'time out' from the working world to enjoy grandchildren. Previously, Maureen's career was in Customised Market Research where her role was an Operations Manager.
Maureen's area of expertise is in processing International 360° Products.
As well as the above, Maureen assists with International orders and Post Course work.

Nathan Birch
Consultant
Over the past five years as a development consultant, Nathan has gained considerable experience in facilitating team development and planning workshops as well as running leadership development programmes with a variety of different organisations. Nathan leads both levels of public leadership programmes, and co facilitates on the ‘Management to Leadership’ executive programme.
Working with clients to understand and identify individual and team development needs, and designing and delivering appropriate training is where his skills lie.
His facilitation style is relaxed and informal, and incorporates a variety of techniques to ensure involvement of participants, and to cater to differing personal styles. He is a user of action learning, 360° assessment processes, and the Team Management System suite of development products.
Nathan has a background in Human Resource Management. He has worked in human resource and staff development roles in New Zealand within the Ministry of Social Development, and in the UK, in the Oil and Gas industry. He has a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Business.

Lizelle Westman
Programme Co-ordinator
Before joining TLS Lizelle worked in Customer Service and Administration functions within the Banking and Insurance industry.
Her area of expertise is the co-ordination of direct to client programmes and client liaison.
Lizelle co-ordinates course preparation, post course work and administrative assistance across all areas of the business.
