Paul Robinson
CEO, Team Leadership Services (TLS)
Paul has degrees in Social Psychology, Management Science and his Phd topic examined the role and challenges of the corporate Chief Executive Officer. He was a lecturer at Auckland University for nine years where he taught Leadership, Strategy and Teamwork on the MBA programme and in various other forums.
Having assisted senior managers for many years with their leadership, strategic planning, change management and team development, Paul now specialises in developing multi-rater feedback tools for large public and private sector organisations both in Australia and NZ. Notably, four leadership 360° tools for the Australian Public Service have met with considerable success in recent years.
Peter Robinson
Senior Consultant
As Director of Direct to Client Operations he has responsibility internationally for the delivery of strategic planning as well as team and individual development programmes. He also facilitates workshops on leadership training, and 360° feedback processes.
Before joining TLS, Peter was involved in the implementation of a number of change processes within a public sector organisation in the UK. In particular this involved organisational restructuring, introduction of quality programmes and the co-ordination of human resource strategies.
He has completed a Masters Degree in Management Change, is Master accredited in the Team Management System and is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited.
Jean Robinson
Director
Jean is a qualified accountant with overall responsibility for administration, process and finance.
Paul Morgan
Business Administration Manager
Paul has a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has worked in a variety of fields from electrical safety testing through software development and most recently, before joining TLS, in marketing systems.
Paul’s area of expertise involves client service, IT infrastructure management and software development.
Paul’s role is primarily two-fold: He is responsible for the day-to-day administration and client support for the TLS accredited consultants; and he heads up web based technology application development which is utilised in the completion, production and delivery of our products.
John Richmond
Consultant
John Richmond has a commercial association with Team Leadership Services Ltd that was initially established in January 1992. John was employed by TLS at this time upon completion of B Comm (Marketing) from Otago University.
John spent the intervening years developing a successful career in General Management, Sales and Marketing, primarily in association with building industry providers specialising in the importation of very high value products for the facilitation of bespoke interior fitouts. As a result he has accumulated a broad range of experience across all aspects of organisational operations.
Throughout his career John has maintained an interest in the development of high performing teams, a positive organisational culture, the support, development and retention of staff and investing in "whatever it took" to secure positive "win/win" outcomes for all parties when required.
Returning to TLS in 2011 in the capacity of Organisational Development Consultant, John has an informal facilitation style and shares his expertise in the following:

Gary Turner
Applications Programmer
Gary has a Bachelors degree in Computing Systems. Before joining
TLS, Gary has held programming positions internationally
with his most recent position focusing in the Digital Marketing space.
His areas of expertise include computer programming and networking.
Gary develops software applications, and provides network troubleshooting and administrative support across all areas of the business.
Loreen Lee
International 360° Co-ordinator
Loreen started working for TLS in the mid 90’s (and is proud to be the longest standing employee). Before joining TLS she worked for a Chartered Accountants firm and an International Fertilizer company in accounting / computer operator roles.
Her area of expertise is co-ordinating and managing the processing of all International 360° Products.
In addition to the above, Loreen assists with financial accounting.
Maureen Stanger
Office Assistant
Maureen joined TLS in a part-time role after taking 'time out' from the working world to enjoy grandchildren. Previously, Maureen's career was in Customised Market Research where her role was an Operations Manager.
Maureen's area of expertise is in processing International 360° Products.
As well as the above, Maureen assists with International orders and Post Course work.
Lizelle Westman
Programme Co-ordinator
Before joining TLS Lizelle worked in Customer Service and Administration functions within the Banking and Insurance industry.
Lizelle’s areas of expertise within TLS include: Supervising the Retail Business; Managing all programme administration, Client liaison and fulfilling the role of Personal Assistant to Peter Robinson, Director of Direct to Client operations.
Lizelle also manages the Health & Safety function for TLS and ensures all requirements are met in the workshop environments.
