Team Development Workshops
The development of teams is a core competence of TLS, generated from conducting hundreds of workshops over a number of years.
By utilising a mixture of action learning and the Team Management System, TLS facilitators guide teams in their search for improved interpersonal relationships and levels of performance.
We offer a number of workshops which cater for various stages of team development. These include:
- Team Planning - setting team priorities and agreeing individual roles and responsibilities.
- Interpersonal Relationships - understanding each person’s workstyle and the different strengths each person brings to the team. Includes how to get the best out of team members with a different approach to your own.
- Team Values and Behavioural Expectations - developing and agreeing what it means to be part of the team, and how to work in line with team and organisational values.
- Change Management - working through issues associated with organisational change.
- Team Celebrations - good fun action activities that allow teams to celebrate, let
off steam, and get to know each other outside of the office.
Action Learning
People learn best by doing. Because of this we use action learning activities in our workshops. These are fun activities with a learning component attached. We do these inside and outside. They range from 15 minute energisers to half day 'save the world' type team projects.
