TLS Coaching
The TLS coaching process is called the Leadership Propeller.
The Leadership Propeller is designed to provide managers with accelerated leadership development in a coaching format. By undergoing an intensive assessment programme with staged quality coaching, managers become motivated to learn and become more effective leaders.
Over an agreed and convenient time frame participants to this process undertake the four following assessments:
Team Management Profile
This tool uses the Team Management Index to produce the TMP and measures an individual’s work preferences. It provides valuable feedback in the key management areas of leadership, decision-making, team building, interpersonal skills, organisation and information management. The profile highlights an individual’s strong points, as well as indicating areas where there is room for improvement.

Leadership Behaviours Profile
This powerful 360° feedback product measures eight factors of effective leadership. You will be able to spotlight your leadership strengths and weaknesses and receive development advice. The questionnaires are available via our internet site or using hard copy. Profiles can also be emailed.

Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient
The Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient (QO2™) determines the ‘balance’ of effort people put into seeing the opportunities and obstacles at work. It is this degree of balance within individuals, teams and organisations that influences issues such as conflict resolution, resource access, work allocation, team performance and organisational vision.

Window on Work Values Profile
The Window on Work Values Profile (WoWV) and the Organisational Values Profile (OVP) are tools for identifying the workplace values that individuals hold dear. These profiles indicate which of eight value types are fundamental drivers of leadership style, decision making etc.
