Accreditation status in the Leadership Behaviours Profile/Team Member 360, and the Star Performing Team Profile can be achieved via a modular Distance Accreditation process. There are three modules per instrument and the modules ensure that practitioners have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of each instrument, their theoretical basis, ethical boundaries and practical application.

Leadership Behaviours Profile
This powerful 360° feedback product measures eight factors of effective leadership. Your clients will be able to spotlight their leadership strengths and weaknesses and receive development advice. The questionnaires are available via our internet site or using hard copy. Profiles can also be emailed.
